By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. “TechFlow,” “we,” and “us” refer to the independent web design and development business based in Beirut, Lebanon. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must have legal capacity to submit an enquiry or act with authority for the business named in it.

2. Enquiries are not engagements

Sending a project brief, receiving a reply, discussing an estimate, or viewing portfolio work does not create a client relationship, reservation, exclusivity commitment, or obligation to accept a project. Paid work begins only when the parties approve a written proposal or statement of work and the applicable services agreement and payment conditions are satisfied. That signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

3. Information you submit

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have authority to share it, and that it does not unlawfully disclose confidential, personal, or third-party material. You keep ownership of your submitted material. You give TechFlow permission to use it only to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, prepare a proposal, maintain necessary records, and protect legal rights. 4. Portfolio and website content

Unless identified otherwise, the TechFlow name, website design, copy, code presentation, graphics, and original visual system are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, remove notices from, or commercially exploit substantial parts of this website without permission.

Client names, project visuals, screenshots, and linked sites remain subject to their owners' rights and any applicable project permissions. Portfolio descriptions are concise creative summaries, not claims about business results.

5. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, test vulnerabilities without permission, submit malicious code, overload the enquiry endpoint, impersonate another person, collect information from the site unlawfully, or use it in a way that infringes rights or violates law. We may block access or ignore submissions that appear abusive, automated, fraudulent, or unsafe.

6. External sites and live previews

The portfolio links and optional live-preview frame can open or load third-party websites. TechFlow does not control their availability, security, content, cookies, or privacy practices. A link or preview is not an endorsement of every statement or service on that site. Use third-party services under their own terms.

7. No website-level guarantees

This public website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis for general information and project enquiries. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, compatibility with every device, a particular response time, project availability, search ranking, accessibility certification, commercial result, or fitness for a specific purpose. Specific commitments belong in a signed client agreement.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this public website or reliance on its general content. For any website-use claim that cannot lawfully be excluded, TechFlow's aggregate liability will not exceed USD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

9. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the website and may revise these terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes apply from publication and do not rewrite an already signed client agreement.

10. Governing law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply, the courts of Beirut, Lebanon have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning this public website.
