TechFlow collects only the information needed to review project enquiries, respond to you, operate this website, and protect it from misuse. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to this TechFlow website and the project brief available through it. TechFlow is an independent web design and development business based in Beirut, Lebanon. For questions or privacy requests, email joesfeir007@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you send a project brief, we may receive your name, business name, industry, website or reference links, description of your offer, requested scope and features, goals, visual and motion preferences, timing, budget or constraints, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, availability, additional notes, and your consent to be contacted.
Draft information in your browser
Before you send the brief, the form saves a draft in your browser's session storage so moving between steps does not erase your answers. The draft is not sent to TechFlow until you choose “Send project brief.” It is removed after a successful submission and is normally cleared when that browser tab or session ends.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. We use this information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
3. Why we use it
- To review and respond to a project enquiry and take steps you request before a possible contract.
- To contact you by your selected method about that enquiry.
- To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website.
- To keep business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, our legal basis may be your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service, compliance with law, or your consent. You may withdraw consent to future contact at any time.
4. Where information goes
We share information only as needed with service providers that help run this website and deliver your enquiry:
- Vercel hosts the website and server function and may process request and security data.
- Resend delivers the project brief by email. The email content includes the answers you submit.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces and may receive ordinary request metadata when font files load.
- Published project websites load inside the live-work frame only after you choose to load a preview. The selected site's own privacy practices then apply.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell or rent personal information.
5. International processing
TechFlow is based in Lebanon, while some providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Those countries may have different privacy rules. Where applicable law requires it, we use provider terms and contractual safeguards intended to protect transferred information.
6. Retention
We aim to keep enquiries that do not become projects for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact. If we work together, we may retain the enquiry and related business records for the project term and for up to seven years afterward, or longer when law, tax, accounting, a dispute, or a legal claim requires it. Provider logs and backups may follow shorter or separate operational schedules.
7. Cookies and local storage
TechFlow does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. The project brief uses browser session storage only to preserve your draft and submission identifier. If you load an embedded project or follow an external link, that third-party site may use its own cookies or storage under its own policy.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your information, provide access, correct inaccurate information, delete information, restrict or object to processing, or provide a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent to future contact. Email your request to joesfeir007@gmail.com. We may need enough information to verify the request and may retain records where the law permits or requires it.
9. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures suited to the limited information handled here, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. This website is for business enquiries and is not directed to children. Do not submit another person's information unless you are authorised to do so.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Questions, complaints, or rights requests can be sent to joesfeir007@gmail.com.
This policy describes the current website. A client project that processes end-user data should have its own project-specific privacy review and, where needed, a data processing agreement.
